Note: The Dynamic LiNX controller assembly for the Merits Vision Sport (P326A) power chair is serial number specific. Previous to 2015 the Vision Sport used a Dynamic Shark controller. In 2015, beginning with serial number MU1508, Merits switched to the Dynamic LiNX. The 24 volt Dynamic LiNX controler or power module for the Merits Vision Sport (P326A) power chair requires using the Dynamic LiNX joystick control, joystick mount, and bus cable connection, as well as this LiNX control module.

In addition, two versions of the LiNX control module are offered with different amperage and programming.

The 40 amp Pre-2015/MU1508 module is used to retrofit earlier Vision Sport power chairs that were originally equipped with the Dynamic Shark. If you select this option you will likewise need to upgrade to the Dynamic LiNX joystick control, joystick mount, and bus cable.

The 50 amp Post-2015/MU1508 module is used on Vision Sport (P326A) power chairs which were factory-equipped with the Dynamic LiNX system. If your unit was made in or after 2015 and has a serial number after MU1508, then this is the option that you will need.

In order for you to receive the correct program for your Vision Sport, we request that you select your Merits power chair’s controller from the Pre-2015/MU1508 and Post-2015/MU1508 serial number options.

The 24 volt Dynamic LiNX controller or power module for the Merits Vision Sport (P326A) power chair monitors the system and displays any faults when something in the system is out of range. These faults are displayed as a series of flashes by the status indicator and/or the battery meter. Even with no moving parts, a power module can still wear out due to improper charging, high humidity, or other corrosive factors.
